This is recommended for shearing steel sheets with temperatures less than 800 degrees.

Thermal processing features:

Extinguishing heat 1050 ~ 1080 degrees, tempering one 530 ~560 degrees.

6CrW2Si admixture utensil steel

Characteristics and functioning

This is of top-quality admixture utensil steel combining chromium silicon and some tungsten.

Cr12MoV die steel

Characteristics and functioning:

This is a mold steel of top quality, rigidity in the aftermath of extinguishing and tempering process, possesses more solidity compared to CR12.

Diameters less than 300 ~ 400 mm may be fully toughened, has got little extinguishing distortion, though possesses weak high heat flexibility.

9Crsi admixture utensil steel

Characteristics and functioning:

This one is a low admixture cutting utensil steel of top quality and less rapidity. It is characterized as fragile and heat sensitive while face toughening and inclined to easily being cracked. 45 # steel carbon constructional steel

Characteristics and functioning:

Nevertheless, this steel is of medium carbon and has poor quenching functioning in the production of sheet shearing blades.

The rigidity of temperature functioning is HRC42~46. Thus, it can be used in face quenching procedure.

The wear defiance is no better than carburizing and is suitable for sheets of non metallic types.

Has blade rigidity of HRC42 ~56

Temperature functioning peculiarities:

Quenching heat is 840 degrees and that of tempering is 300 degrees.
